Description:
I offer several customized programs for middle and high schools -- ranging from one hour presentations to full-week, hands-on workshops. I can also design a customized holography program for your school or organization, then come in and work with both educators (train the trainer) and/or students (making holograms). I can supply everything that's needed, and also help to get your program up and running on its own, should you decide to continue.
Perhaps my most requested service is my laser and holography presentation. These can be held in the classroom during the school day, or for the students, parents, and public during the evening hours. A "typical" presentation runs approximately 30-minutes to one hour (usually running back-to-back with several individual time slots) and consists of the following:
A demonstration of how lasers work
Fiber Optics
Working lasers for display
A display of 3-dimensional holograms
A PowerPoint presentation
Question & Answer period
