NEXT THERAPY DOG EVALUATION TEST

What you need.....
buckle collar for your dog,
leash (up to 6ft length),
current dog license,
current rabies certificate or tag,
$10 Test Fee

When you arrive....
Please park in the back of the Fire House in case our firemen / women are called to duty
Arrive a few minutes early to walk your dog around and potty if necessary
Enter fire company garage area and register.
