¨ Turn Left onto Macada Road (next light S of Rt #22 interchange)

¨ Atria will be on your R (S side of Macada Rd.)

¨ a short distance from Schoenersville Road - enter bldg at the Main Entrance

- From Route 22 take Airport Road South

- Make a Right onto Union Blvd. Stay on right side for a quick upcoming right turn

- Turn right on Godfrey Street. Facility will be on your right at 1036. Parking is available all around the building.

Cedarbrook Fountain Hill - Bethlehem

¨ Route 22 to Route 378

¨ Cross over bridge, stay in the right lane

¨ At traffic light at the end of the bridge, turn right, (up steep hill), onto Delaware Ave.

¨ Travel a couple blocks, nursing home will be on left-hand side - 724 Delaware Ave.

¨ If you see the St. Luke's Hospital sign on your right you've gone too far.

¨ Park in the lot.

We meet in the lobby around 1:00 PM.

Country Meadows - Allentown

¨ Hamilton Blvd. West (aka Rt 222)

¨ Make a Right onto Krocks Rd.

¨ Facility will be on your left

Country Meadows - Bethlehem

- From BETHLEHEM....

- Easton Avenue toward Easton

- Turn left on Oakland Drive just before the Christmas Barn

- Pass NCAC - Turn right at 4 way stop onto Hectown Road

- Turn right onto Green pond Road to 4009

- Turn in by Green sign drive through to the back to bldg 2

- From EASTON....

- Take William Penn Highway toward Bethlehem

- Turn right onto farmersville Road (across from Moyer lumber and Skateaway)

- Pass entrance to golf course and then just past a larger white bldg on the right...

- Turn left onto Green pond Road....

Devon House - Allentown

- From Route 78 take Exit 18A onto Lehigh Street South

- Make a Right onto Bevin Drive. (just past Country Club Road)

- Proceed to 1930 Bevin Drive.

Emmaus Village, Emmaus, PA

- From Route 22 or Route 78 Take Cedar Crest Blvd South to Emmaus(Route 29 South)

- When you reach the light in Emmaus where Route 29 South turns right, get off 29 South and.....

- Turn left onto Chestnut Street

- Turn right onto 6th Street for a short distance

- Turn right onto Broad Street - Go to 659

- Facility will be on the right.

Fellowship Manor, Whitehall, Pa

- Route 22 to Route 145 North Macarthur road

- Stay on 145 North past the shopping centers and Turn left onto Schadt Avenue ( I think there may be a jug handle here to make this left turn)

- Bear right onto Mauch Chunk Road for a short distance

- Bear right onto Rural Drive for another short distance

- Turn right onto Fellowship Drive - go to 3000

Good Shepherd - Raker Center - Allentown, Pa

- Route 22 to Route 145 South Macarthur road toward center city

- Stay on 145 South as it changes from S 7th Street to W.Union Street to Lehigh Street to South 6th Street

- Turn left onto St. John Street to number 501

- The rehab Hospital is the last bldg on the left - Raker Center is also on the left one bldg closer

- There is a parking area diagonally across from the Raker Center entrance.

(Note: From Route 78 take Exit 19 to Route 145 north to St John Street)

- We meet in the lobby around 6:45 PM.

¨ Take 248 N to junction 209

¨ turn Left onto Bridge - at end of Bridge - bear left onto 443

¨ go to 2nd light and turn right onto 902 or 9th St.

¨ Go to next light turn left onto Mahoning St.

¨ Go 2 blks and turn right, go to stop sign and bear right

¨ Go 500 feet and facility is on your left side

¨ Make a left onto Old Packhouse Rd. (S-ville Fire Co on left - Exxon gas station on Right)

¨ Follow until you see sign for the KP Hosp.

(From Allentown & Bethlehem - 22/78 West - exit 14A Trexlertown)

- At 2nd light (following the sign for Reading) turn right onto Schantz Rd.

- Travel this winding road for several miles until it ends at a stop sign

- At stop sign turn right. This is 222 south. Immediately after you turn you will see Premise Maid Candy on your left.

- Travel 222 several miles until Route 222 intersects with Route 737 (Krumsville Road). Turn left onto Greenwich Street and go South

- Bear right onto W. Main Street for a short distance continuing South

- Bear left onto Noble Street continuing South for several blocks

- Turn left onto Trexler Avenue and proceed to 120.

- Cedar Crest Blvd North of Rt 22, past Walbert Avenue to next traffic light...

- turn left into parking lot of PHS

It is a very large brick building complex on the left at a traffic signal.

¨ take 15th St exit

¨ left at stoplight onto 15th St toward Allentown

¨ Right onto Chew Street left onto 19th St

¨ exit 16 for Eastbound I-78/309 South ¨ Turn left at stoplight (toward Allentown) " exit 16B for Westbound I-78/309 North Follow approx 1½ miles and turn left onto 19th Street Proceed one block to Phoebe Campus

- Cedar Crest Blvd South off Rt 22, to stop light at Hamilton Blvd.....

- turn left onto Hamilton toward Allentown to Ott Street ( not even a mile)

- turn left onto Ott Street and then turn left again at the very first street. You'll see the Rose Garden on your right and parking is usually available right there near the pavilions

- Take Schoenersville Road North-West

- Continue on this road as it changes from Schoenersville Road to S.Imperial Drive to Weaversville Road

- Bear left onto route 329 toward Northampton.

- In just a few miles, as you approach Northampton, this road will become East 21st Steet

- go to 602 East 21st Steet

- Stay on 145 South as it changes from N 7th Street to S 7th Street to W.Union Street to Lehigh Street

- Go to 451 Lehigh Street

South Mountain Middle School

709 W. Emmaus Ave., Allentown.

- Going toward Bethlehem, the school is on the left at the traffic light before the 4th St. traffic light.

Springhouse Middle School

- Springhouse Rd. is at the traffic light by the Wegman's Market on W. Tilghman. St.

- Go north (that would be a left turn if you are heading towards downtown Allentown) onto Springhouse Rd. until you go under the US 22 bridge and make the immediate left turn.

- Springhouse Middle School is the second building on the right.

St Joseph the Worker School

- Take 309 North - left onto Chapmans Rd (84 lumber) to a right onto Applewood Rd....

- you will come to St. Joe's..1800 blk of Applewood... on your left i think ??? for those of us northerners.....

- 309 south to a right onto Chapmans....right on Applewood plan to arrive 8:45am

¨ 309 North - at Y in Schnecksville make Right (Rt. 873)

¨ Go approx 1 mile

¨ Make a left onto Washington St - (Neff's Church on corner)

¨ Follow Washington to True Life Ministries (approx ¼ down road on Right

- follow stone rd up around back

Union Terrace Elementary

1939 Union St., Allentown, PA.

- This is next to Union Terrace Lake Park. Going toward downtown Allentown on W. Hamilton Ave, turn right onto 24th St.

- Turn left on to Union and go several blocks until you see Union Terrace Lake on the left.

- The school is just past the lake on the left.

- I usually park on the right side of the street in the parking lot at the park since parking is limited in front of the school.

Westminster Village - Allentown

¨ Route 22 to Airport Road South Exit - Make a right at the end of the off ramp onto Airport Rd.

¨ Continue straight on Airport Rd. through several lights. Some landmarks you will pass: "The Downs", (Off-track betting), on your right; BJs Wholesale on your left; a WaWa on your left, etc.

¨ Go straight through the traffic light at the intersection of Airport Rd. and Tilghman St.

¨ Continue straight until you come to the traffic light at the intersection of Airport Rd. and Hanover Ave.

¨ Make a left onto Hanover Ave.

¨ Go straight for several traffic lights.

¨ At the traffic light - right before the road splits into a Y, (there is a bar in the middle of the Y in the road), make a right onto Wahneta Street. Bennett Car Dealership is on the corner. The nursing home will be the first large building on the right on Wahneta Street-803 N. Wahneta St.

¨ Park in any of the visitor spots in the lot or you can park on Wahneta St.

We meet in the lobby around 6:45 PM, which is around the side of the building, (follow the signs).

Whitehall Manor

¨ 22 East or West to 145 north (MacArthur Road)

¨ East on Grape Street (past the malls)

¨ Left on Sixth Street

¨ Follow that to Whitehall Manor
