Introduction

Greetings, and welcome to my Internet site.  As a libertarian and a patriot, I have done and have been exposed to much research in the areas of income taxation, state citizenship, travel, and social security.  Several people suggested that I create my own Internet site to make this information available to others.  I have done so, because I feel that it is not enough for me to implement what I have learned to achieve my own freedom; as a Christian I have an obligation to help others achieve freedom as well.  There are a number of Internet sites that already deal with the topics covered herein, and you will find that many differing views exist.  The focus of this site is to provide the results of my research, with the expectation that you will form your own decisions based upon all of the information out there.  I want you to be free, but I want you to know what you're in for if you decide to shake off the chains.  This Web site is in large part a diary of what I have gone and am going through shaking off my chains.  Hopefully, you will decide that although not a cake walk, the road to freedom is not so difficult that the journey should not be undertaken.

Whatever you decide to do, please do something!  We're losing what's left of America at a rapid pace, and it's the don't-care attitude of We the People that is largely to blame.  Do you need some ideas on how to get involved in saving America?  How about these? - Vote (preferably Libertarian), run for office, attend township meetings, attend county commissioner meetings, write letters to the editor, educate yourself and your family, correspond with your elected officials.

"All that is necessary for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing." Edmund Burke

I do not approve of people who make claims without providing the underlying proof.  I have heard claims about this and about that from within and without the patriot movement.  Before I make claims or distribute my opinions to others, I do the research needed to support them.  Before I use information from others, I verify it.  That often results in hours spent in the law library and online, but it is time well spent.  It is unwise to believe what I or anyone else tells you without verifying the information.  However, to make your task of verifying my information easier, I have provided as many supporting documents, either scanned in from hard copy or as text downloaded from various Internet sites, as I can.

The site contents list appears in the frame to your left, if your browser supports frames.  Use it to find information on this site by category.  I have also provided helpful navigation links on the main page and at the bottom of the other site pages.  It is my goal to make this Web site a valuable resource tool, primarily for those seeking an understanding of the experience of becoming a non-taxpayer.

Important note:

If you find something on this site -- or somewhere else -- that you plan to rely upon in any way, please verify it before doing so, by doing your own research.  Contact me if you have any questions or comments.  I have a feedback page which is dedicated to answering questions and providing responses to challenges to the information I provide.  I think it very important that if the patriot movement is to have any success with returning this country to the constitutional republic it was designed to be, then those of us who do research need to share the resulting knowledge.  I'm not perfect and I do welcome challenges to the material provided herein.  If I'm challenged, then I have to do enough further research to prove my position, which can only make me more knowledgeable.  If I'm proven wrong, then I have to correct the material.  Either way, both you and I are forced to think more, which is a good thing!
