When you hop in your automobile and go to the store to buy some groceries, are you driving to the store, or travelling there? What is the difference, if any? Words in the law can have a specific meaning, which may differ from the everyday meaning. As this page is developed, there will be much to say. For now, however, I want to share with you a letter from Pennsylvania State Representative Samuel Rohrer to Judge Phyllis Streitel of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. A patriot by the name of William Taylor Reil has been investigating the right to travel issue for quite some time, and brought the results of his research to the attention of his state representative, for his assistance in a legal matter before Judge Streitel. I hope that you find the content of the letter (page 1, page 2) as interesting as I did.
