return policy
merchandise must be returned in original condition and original cartons. within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise a refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid(for example,credit card purchase will be issued a credit to that customers credit card.) shipping is included in your shopping cart experience with paypal. shipping is paid by the customer for all returns. shipping is not a refundable expense. should the merchandise not be returned in accordance with this policy knitting_lady shall charge the customer a restocking charge not to exceed 10%. all personalized merchandise is non-returnable/non-refundable.every effort will be given through e-mail/or phone conversations to make sure the personalization is correct and that your colors are correct.
