Tears, by Frank Giannetti

Tears, mean I care when I see you're hurt
Tears, show my pain when I see you flirt
Tears, when I can't say it, mean I love you
Tears, they mean there's no one else above you

Tears, there are no reasons for us to cry
Tears, why do we shed them, why oh why?
Tears, I see you crying, it breaks my heart
Tears, what did I say to make you start?

Don't cry for me, I won't cry for you
We're not together, but why feel blue?
There's something wrong here, we know it's true
I'm not crying, so why are you?

Tears, what will it take to make you stop?
Tears, if you continue, my heart will drop
Tears, is it enough to see me cry?
Tears, and if I do, I think I'll die

Enemies Never Survive, by Frank Giannetti

You know that enemies never survive
There's just no way they'll stay alive
When in this world with blood and war
There's so much fighting, so much gore
Enemies never survive, you can't deny
Because if they do, it's us who'll die

I just can't take it, though I'm still alive
I hope my enemies never survive

Against you, against me
A fight to the death
If we fight together
It will be our enemy's last breath

China, Japan, the Soviets too
Don't push the button, you'll die too
We have to learn to live as one
Letting a daughter marry a son
If we can push to thrive as one
Maybe the world will survive this one

I just can't take it, though I'm still alive
I hope my enemies never survive

The first to push the button
May laugh the most
But it will be the whole world
To be burnt like toast

I just can't take it, though I'm still alive
I hope the world will always survive

Hell's Doorway, by Frank Giannetti

Why are you hurrying about?
There's no reason to panic
I'm only the devil's scout
Leading you through Hell's doorway

It's a little dark in here
Someone turn on a light
Your heart fills up with fear
But you won't die of fright
This is what I say, do you hear
Die as you please, it is your right
Say goodbye to those who are dear
Because I'll take you away tonight

Why are you hurrying about?
There's no reason to panic
I'm only the devil's scout
Leading you through Hell's doorway

I'll lead you through Hell's doorway
I don't give a damn what you say
You've got to follow me this way
Until we get to where I put you away
You won't smile, be happy, or gay
Once you get through Hell's doorway

Why are you hurrying about?
There's no reason to panic
I'm only the devil's scout
Leading you through Hell's doorway

Now we enter into Hell
Here forever your soul will dwell
Here forever you toll the bell
You've passed through the doorway to Hell

Why are you hurrying about?
There's no reason to panic
I'm only the devil's scout
Leading you through Hell's doorway

Chains on Love, by Frank Giannetti

Will my heart ever break?
How much can one man take?
I'm looking at you all day
But still I don't know what to say
I think to myself what to ask
But reaching my lips, it's the biggest task
To me you are like a dove
Who put these chains on love?

Me at my desk, you at yours
Our eyes meet on the visitor tours
When it comes time for me to talk
I turn around and take a walk
When I come back and you're still there
I always act like I don't care
Okay I've had enough
Take away these chains on love

Finally the nerve is up to speak
The first words I've spoke this week
"Would you like to go to dinner?"
You say yes and I'm a winner
After dinner I take you home
You say you don't want to be alone
To stay with you is easy enough
There are no more chains on love

Who put these chains on love?
Take away these chains on love
There are no more chains on love

City in Hell, by Frank Giannetti

You are about to take a journey
That will blow apart your mind
We've got skyscrapers made of fire
And death is what you'll find

So take a walk and I will tell
Tell of a place you'll never leave
It's called the city in hell

The city doesn't have any people
All that's left is their souls
Having the soul of every dead person
Is one of the Devil's goals

So take a walk and I will tell
Tell of a place you'll never leave
It's called the city in hell

The city is a great place to be
Where all the torment is free
You can do anything you want there
And we'll see how much pain you'll bear
There is nothing to fear, I tell no lie
You won't ever get there until you die

So take a walk and I will tell
Tell of a place you'll never leave
It's called the city in hell

It's a place you'll never leave
With how much pain you can't conceive
You look around, all you see are flames
I tell you now I play no games

So take a walk and I will tell
Tell of a place you'll never leave
It's called the city in hell

So die for me, give me your soul
Enter forever into my black hole
You cannot escape the Devli's goal

So take a walk and I will tell
Tell of a place you'll never leave
It's called the city in hell

Funeral, by Frank Giannetti

Welcome, all of thee, to my house
One of you I'll take for my spouse
The others a re sure to die for me
A funeral is what I long to see
So all of you compete very well
Who will win, only time will tell

A funeral is what I what to see
With one to win, I'll have three
Of course you'll choose your means of death
With these means I'll have no guess
A funeral to see is what I seek
Even the survivor will get a peek

I want a funeral
But not for me
I'm not dying
But you are, you see!

So now I've made my choice
Open your ears and hear my voice
I choose none of you to stay
You've just been pawns in the games I play
I think I'll kill you all right now
She has a gun, I don't know how

I want a funeral
A funeral for me
I thought you were dying
But I find it's me

River of Blood, by Frank Giannetti

What's this I see in front of me?
I can't believe how red is the sea
I know it isn't because of mud
It must be caused by the river of blood

Why is there such a flood?
How can water turn to blood?
Could this be something new?
I know that my blood is blue

There has been placed a plague on the land
One a human being surely cannot stand
Blood has turned the water red
Let this be a curse upon your head

If this doesn't pladce fear in your heart
Another plague I shall start
What could be worse than the first?
I'll parch your mouths, you'll die of thirst

If you're not frightened by my river of blood
I'll send down some locusts, a flood
The hail will burn when it hits the ground
You'll be broken when you hear this sound
If you don't take heed, I'll take your son
Your first born's death will be so much fun

The river of blood is what you'll fear
If you don't, there will be worse, as you hear
If you don't listen, to your knees you'll drop
When I have your mercy, then I'll stop

Graveyard, by Frank Giannetti

Death is all around
Dead bodies in the ground
What is heard is an eerie sound
In the graveyard I will be found

Enter into the graveyard
You'll come in a wood box
We'll put you into the ground, cold and hard
I can be as sly as a fox

Look around, take the chance
It could be your last glance
I'll take your eyes, leave a scar
It's in the graveyard, where you are

Death is all around
Dead bodies in the ground
What is heard is an eerie sound
In the graveyard I will be found

Read the stone, it's got your name
Look around, they're all the same
Touch the fire, you're sure to fry
I tell you now, you're gonna die

Death is all around
Dead bodies in the ground
What is heard is an eerie sound
In the graveyard I will be found

So now you're in your box of wood
And you thought you never could
I'll get you all sooner or later
For I am the eternal hater

Death is all around
Dead bodies in the ground
What is heard is an eerie sound
In the graveyard I will be found

Try Harder, by Frank Giannetti

Sometimes life can get pretty tough
There are times when the going gets rough
Times like these we've got to get smarter
Times like these we've got to try harder
Times like these we've got to try harder

Maybe sometimes you've got a problem
Even two or three, we can solve 'em
Life today ain't so easy
Once in a while we all get wheezy
Sooner or later we want to give up
we surrender, say "that's enough"

Sometimes life can get pretty tough
There are times when the going gets rough
Times like these we've got to get smarter
Times like these we've got to try harder
Times like these we've got to try harder

Maybe sometimes you're feeling down
Ain't no reason to wear a frown
Brighten up, make a smile
You can make another mile
In this life we've got to keep trying
Keep on trying until we're dying

Sometimes life can get pretty tough
There are times when the going gets rough
Times like these we've got to get smarter
Times like these we've got to try harder
Times like these we've got to try harder

Maybe you feel there's no way out
So let out a scream, a shout
You never know, it may help
It can't hurt, so help yourself
We can all do it, if we try
We can't go through life waiting to die

Sometimes life can get pretty tough
There are times when the going gets rough
Times like these we've got to get smarter
Times like these we've got to try harder
Times like these we've got to try harder

Death, by Frank Giannetti

Death, no one escapes it
Death, everyone hates it
Death, it will find us
Death, it's what binds us. Together

Do you want to die? I sure don't
If I can help it, I know I won't
I'm gonna live as long as I can
I won't be dead, I'll stay a man

Death, no one escapes it
Death, everyone hates it
Death, it will find us
Death, it's what binds us. Together

I want to live forever, don't you?
Let's fight death, me and you
They say if you've got your health
You'll never need any more wealth

Death, no one escapes it
Death, everyone hates it
Death, it will find us
Death, it's what binds us. Together

I think we can beat this guy
If I have to, I'll fight 'till I die
Even though helpless I'll be rendered
No one can say that I surrendered

Death, no one escapes it
Death, everyone hates it
Death, it will find us
Death, it's what binds us. Together

I'm gonna die, just like the rest
We're all, in life, put to the test
If I happen to be born again
I hope I remember how it's been

Death, no one escapes it
Death, everyone hates it
Death, it will find us
Death, it's what binds us. Together

Do you want to die? I sure don't
If I can help it, I know I won't
I'm gonna live as long as I can
I won't be dead, I'll stay a man

Death of the World, by Frank Giannetti

I have a plan that will surprise you
Make you wonder if the sky will stay blue
Oh, the panic when my plan's unfurled
It's a plan for the death of the world

Spread a rumor about one country or another
Sooner or later men will fight with their brother
They'll steal, cheat and lie to stay alive
Waiting for the death of the world to survive

You'll be so full of fear you'll carry a gun
Hear a bump in the night, you'll hide or run
Bombs will drop, blood will be shed everywhere
The death of the world will create a scare

You'll wonder which is worfe, death or life
Ask why the world should see such strife
You'll wonder if you'll go to heaven or hell
The death of the world is sure to tell

When the day comes for the world to end
You'll hope maybe it all can mend
You see it's not as bad as it seems
The death of the world is just one of my dreams

Now you know this all ain't true
You're glad the sky's gonna stay blue
Now we're all happy, our fingers snappin'
But the death of the world still can happen

Turn Up the Radio, by Frank Giannetti

Don't sit there with your earphones on
Turn it up till the speaker's gone
Turn up the radio, I wanna hear it
Turn up the Radio, I can't hear it

Nowadays we play our music loud
That's what rock is all about
If you can't hear it across the street
How can your neighbors stomp their feet?

Don't sit there with your earphones on
Turn it up till the speaker's gone
Turn up the radio, I wanna hear it
Turn up the Radio, I can't hear it

Music is the language of the world
In every country it can be heard
So why is your volume down so far
They can't hear it in the next car

Don't sit there with your earphones on
Turn it up till the speaker's gone
Turn up the radio, I wanna hear it
Turn up the Radio, I can't hear it

Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast
So don't ever give the speakers a rest
Turn it up, don't turn it down
They want to hear it in the next town

Don't sit there with your earphones on
Turn it up till the speaker's gone
Turn up the radio, I wanna hear it
Turn up the Radio, I can't hear it

Maybe there's music on other worlds
It may play so loud that their hair curls
So sing along when we play the next verse
Let them hear it in the next universe

Don't sit there with your earphones on
Turn it up till the speaker's gone
Turn up the radio, I wanna hear it
Turn up the Radio, I can't hear it

Daggar in the Back, by Frank Giannetti

Walking through the dark alley late that night
What happened to me would give you a fright
I fell victim to a serious attack
I turn to find a daggar in the back

So here I lie in this hospital bed
Thinking of vengeance with my legs half dead
I feel as if I've been put on the rack
Someone put their daggar in my back

I want revenge but I can't walk
You're a hit man, to you I'll talk
Buy a daggar and find that fool
They'll find him face down in a pool

The money's paid, the deed is done
I got my revenge, had my fun
Now that this is out of my hair
My only worry's the electric chair

The state is pressing murder charges
Down that hallway my wheelchair marches
Now I get to pay for that act
Having ppput a daggar in his back

He put a daggar in my back
I had one put in his too
Before I die, get the hitman
He had a hand in this too

Suicide, by Frank Giannetti

They call me suicide cause I've tried twelve times
I fail in death like I've failed in life
I've tried to kill myself in any way possible
Drugs, a car, even a knife

So I bought a gun, I'll succeed this time
Pointed at the head, and pull the trigger
The bullet goes straight through my head
I'll die instantly, the way I figger

Suicide, we can't kill you, do it yourself
Put a hole in your head, we'll put it on the shelf
See your head everyday with a hole in it
You'll keep others from doing it

They call me suicide cause I've tried thirteen times
The gun I bought didn't work
I put it to my head and pulled the trigger
It blew apart my hand, I feel like a jerk

I've tried them all now, I just won't die
I guess I'll have to go on living
I'll convince the others to give up trying
Stay alive and you'll be forgiven

Suicide, we can't kill you, do it yourself
Put a hole in your head, we'll put it on the shelf
See your head everyday with a hole in it
You'll keep others from doing it

Long Stemmed Roses, by Frank Giannetti

Do I have to buy your love, Or can I just have it?
Would you go out with me, If I could only ask it?
I'll love you 'till I grow old as Moses
To show it I'll give you long stemmed roses

Would you be my girl If I asked you to?
Would you look at me too, as I walked past you?
I think about you all day long
So much I had to write you a song

Do I have to buy your love, Or can I just have it?
Would you go out with me, If I could only ask it?
I'll love you 'till I grow old as Moses
To show it I'll give you long stemmed roses

The times I see you are not enough
For me, expressing my feelings is rough
They're hard to say, so I write them down
Looked for the right girl, and you I've found

Do I have to buy your love, Or can I just have it?
Would you go out with me, If I could only ask it?
I'll love you 'till I grow old as Moses
To show it I'll give you long stemmed roses

I keep these feelings inside of me
I don't know why, my heart is free
I look at you, sometimes I don't know it
I care for you, and I want to show it

Do I have to buy your love, Or can I just have it?
Would you go out with me, If I could only ask it?
I'll love you 'till I grow old as Moses
To show it I'll give you long stemmed roses

I wish we could be together more
'Cause inside of me my heart is sore
I will not place a one above you
'Cause in my heart I think I love you

They Called it Paradise, by Frank Giannetti

I went on a trip so far away
I felt so great I had to stay
They called it paradise,
A place in the sun
A place called paradise
Go there and have some fun

It's east of nowhere
and west of here
It may be far away
It may be near
Paradise is where you want it
Wherever that may be
The world is beautiful
Everything can be free

I went on a trip so far away
I felt so great I had to stay
They called it paradise,
A place in the sun
A place called paradise
Go there and have some fun

You can get there easily
Whichever way you go
All roads lead to paradise
Try it and you'll know
You can go there alone
Or with someone you love
The animals there are perfect too
Everything's pure as a dove

I went on a trip so far away
I felt so great I had to stay
They called it paradise,
A place in the sun
A place called paradise
Go there and have some fun

They called it paradise
A perfect place to live
A place called paradise
Take all it will give

Will My Love Grow?, by Frank Giannetti

Will my love grow?
Will my life go on?
Will my love grow?
How long will the world turn?

Can my love grow beyond this?
Will it keep me feeling bliss?
My love is so strong it cannot grow
Open up my chest, my broken heart will show
My love for you grows everyday
It grows for you in every way
There's something making me feel blue
I want to know if you love me too

Will my love grow?
Will my life go on?
Will my love grow?
How long will the world turn?

If it's true, you love me too
Nothing else you'd ever have to do
But I have to know if you do love me
Have to know how broken my heart can be
Say you love me, take away the pain
But say it sincerely, not in vain
My heart's been broke once, don't do it again
Twice broken hearted, I couldn't stay sane

Will my love grow?
Will my life go on?
Will my love grow?
How long will the world turn?

Will my love grow for you?
Is your love for me true?
If your love for me is a lie
I couldn't go on, I would die

Live Your Own Life, by Frank Giannetti

Live your own life, don't listen to fools
Don't join the gang wars, fight your duels
Some advice you get just isn't good
Following bad advice can change your mood
You'd be feeling happy one day
Letting life just pass your way
Someone else says what to do
Makes you do what they want to
If you follow, you may do fine
But you'll be just one of a long line

Live your own life, do it yourself
Don't let others share your wealth
Live your own life, you'll do fine
Even in the end, you can say "It was mine."

Everyone's telling you what to do
Ask yourself if they'd listen to you
Dddo it for yourself, always try
Doon't go through life living a lie
Don't follow, be a leader
You'll see life can be sweeter
Don't follow the crowd, go it alone
You can't go wrong, so who's to moan
If you follow, every day would be the same
Do it alone, there's no one else to blame

Live your own life, do it yourself
Don't let others share your wealth
Live your own life, you'll do fine
Even in the end, you can say "It was mine."

Love, Hate, War, and Peace, by Frank Giannetti

There's some things the world needs more of
And some it doesn't need at all
Love and peace could extend the world's life
Hate and war could cause it's fall

Love is something there's never too much of
Every one of us needs something to love
You could love a person, a pet, or just life
We'll do without those who love to use a knife
Love can keep the world alive
But without it we can't survive

There's some things the world needs more of
And some it doesn't need at all
Love and peace could extend the world's life
Hate and war could cause it's fall

Hate is something we could do without
Hate is something that we worry about
People hate one another and go to war
And war is something we don't adore
Of course war is what will kill the earth
And wipe out the reason for a birth

There's some things the world needs more of
And some it doesn't need at all
Love and peace could extend the world's life
Hate and war could cause it's fall

Peace is the answer to end any war
It's something we'll always need more
With peace around we'll live forever
But everyone dying from old age, never
Love and peace are great to have around
But with those, hate and war will always be found

There's some things the world needs more of
And some it doesn't need at all
Love and peace could extend the world's life
Hate and war could cause it's fall
