This
is a bottling unit that I created primarily for the sparkling wine industry.
Using this unit, beer makers can bottle their brew without mixing air and
oxygen into the liquid.
Air is removed from the bottle by allowing Carbon Dioxide to
enter through the dip tube to the bottom of the bottle and then be expelled
through the overflow outlet prior to filling the bottle while preventing
excessive foaming.

Using my experience as a Food Processing Consultant, Food Technologist,
Professional Wine Maker, and 25 years of industrial gas applications, I am
making this unit available to you.
