In January our instruction program begins with pool classes and continues through the year with river training, weekend clinics, instructor training classes and beginner -novice trips. From May through October, we meet at our practice sites on Tuesday and Thursday nights either at the Little Lehigh in Allentown or other local spots. These frequent practices allow us to hone our paddling skills. River Rescue, CPR & Wilderness First Aid courses round out our instruction program.

Our  monthly meetings offer programs of interest to members and discussions of upcoming trips, conservation projects, access issues and other significant topics that affect paddlers and waterways.
