David W. Miller, CPA
David is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and in public Practice since 1981. David has considerable experience in taxation, financial statements and business advisory issues across a wide range of closely held businesses. He has served as a former director in the Small Business Council of the Allentown Chamber of Commerce and a past member of Masterminds. He has regularly taught accounting, taxation and finance at Allentown College.

Lester R. Bahr, CPA
Les is an accounting graduate of Wilkes University. He has 15 years of experience spanning both private and public practice. In addition to his accounting and tax background, Les is also experienced in implementing a variety of accounting software applications including QuickBooks as a "Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor". He has also completed the AICPA's "Certificate of Achievement for Controllers".

Christopher T. Wills, CPA
Chris is an accounting graduate of the University of Maryland. Chris has ten years of public accounting experience, including four years in the tax department at KPMG Peat Marwick. In addition to accounting, Chris is experienced in income and estate tax planning and business valuations. Chris is on the board of directors for the Estate Planning Council of Lehigh Valley and is the former President of the Emmaus Rotary Club.
