Jim graduated from the University of Notre Dame.  After graduation he worked for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.  He was drafted into the Army and spent most of his two years in Germany.  After that he worked for ATT-Western Electric for ten years, and spent nine years working and managing several racquet clubs.  He currently works for Rebco Kwik Print, Inc., a family business, which he owns and manages.
