The Bangor Slater Athletic Hall of Fame was rededicated in a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 31, 2006. Through the efforts of John Reinhart, Linda Owens, and the Alumni Association, a new canopy and displays of memorabilia were added to the existing display. Pictures of the event are shown below.
