Count In ThreesInvite a Friend to View this Page![]() Welcome to my home court, dedicated to countin' threes. ![]() In 1987 the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) adopted the three point field goal into high school basketball, ruling that any field goal completed from beyond a line 19' 9" from the basket would score three points. Since that time, the high school game of hoops has been revolutionized, with some schools emphasizing the "3", others adopting new defenses to prevent the "3", and all schools realizing that the "3" could quickly build a lead or get a team back into the game. My home court is designed to collect and report achievement in threes. Thanks for visiting. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * PA 100+ CLUB * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * With the help of coaches, players, statisticians, and fans from across the state, we have attempted to compile a listing of those players who have scored 100 or more three point field goals in a single season, With your help, this list is under constant revision.
