I got to know Mitch about 15 years ago. Recently, I ran into him at the Country Pit Beef, he told me he was working here. This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in. When I go to Lancaster County, I will eat there every day but Friday. That's when the Green Dragon is open and I'll be at the Country Pit Beef Restaurant.
