**Two Meter Homebrew "H Array"**

In 1965 when I lived in Depew, N.Y., a suburb of Buffalo, N.Y., I built my first two meter "H Array". My amateur radio call at that time was: WA2WSE.

The antenna consisted 40 elements. 10 over 10 side by side. Four 10 element beams each 14 feet long, stacked in an "H Array". 1 wavelength high and 1 wavelength apart.

The booms were made out of wood and the elements were aluminum.

The four driven elements were homebrew folded dipoles.
